Warranty Policy

Our Promise

Every ONE–ALT product is built to last. If something goes wrong due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll repair or replace it, fast and fairly.

Warranty Term

  • Length: 2 years Limited Warranty. From the original purchase date.
  • Who’s covered: The original purchaser with valid proof of purchase.
  • Region: India

What’s Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship on the case, panels, brackets, I/O, and included accessories.
  • Dead-on-Arrival (DOA): If your item arrives non-functional or damaged, contact us within 14 days.

What’s Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear: minor scuffs, cosmetic marks, or discoloration over time.
  • User-caused damage: drops, impacts, liquid damage, improper installation, over-tightened screws, cross-threading.
  • Unauthorized modifications: cutting, drilling, painting, or structural changes that affect integrity or fit.
  • Third-party parts and compatibility issues (GPUs, coolers, PSUs, etc.) not listed as supported.
  • Damage from shipping after initial delivery (e.g., return transit not properly packed).
  • Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
  • Commercial use beyond normal consumer expectations [if applicable].

Missing Parts Window

Missing screws, brackets, or accessories? Tell us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll send replacements.

How to Make a Claim (RMA)

  1. Contact us: Email [support@one-alt.com] or DM [@onealtstudios] with order number, photos/video, and a brief description.
  2. We assess: Our team confirms eligibility and provides an RMA number with packing instructions.
  3. Send it in (if required): Ship the product in original or equivalent protective packaging.
  4. Resolution: We’ll repair or replace with a new or refurbished unit, or issue a refund if repair/replacement isn’t feasible.

Replacement & Repairs

  • Repaired or replacement items may be new or refurbished and are warranted for the remainder of the original term or [90] days, whichever is longer.
  • Cosmetic variations (e.g., slight panel grain/finish differences) may occur and are not considered defects.

Installation & Compatibility

Please verify component clearances (GPU length, cooler height, PSU size, radiator thickness) before purchase. We’re happy to advise pre-purchase to avoid fitment issues.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, One-Alt is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, data loss, or costs related to removal/re-installation of third-party components. This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may have other rights that vary by jurisdiction.

Proof of Purchase

Keep your order confirmation or receipt. We can’t process warranty claims without valid proof of purchase from [One-Alt / authorized reseller].
