Return & Refund Policy

At ONE-ALT VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED (“One-Alt”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), we are committed to delivering high-quality products and service to our customers while upholding the integrity of our operational standards.
This Return & Refund Policy sets out the terms and conditions governing all return and refund-related matters arising from purchases made through our official website or authorised sales channels.


1. Eligibility and Filing Window

Customers shall have a period of fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of delivery of the product to file a case for consideration for return (“Return Request Period”).
Any request received beyond this period shall not be entertained under any circumstances.

To be considered for review, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must remain in the exact condition as received — unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and free from external tampering or modification.

  • All original packaging, internal protective materials, manuals, accessories, and labels must be intact and included.

  • A valid invoice or proof of purchase must accompany the request.

Submission of a return request does not constitute acceptance or entitlement. Each case shall be subject to verification and inspection at the sole and absolute discretion of ONE-ALT VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED.


2. Procedure for Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, the customer must contact support@one-alt.com within the Return Request Period.
Upon receipt, One-Alt shall review the request and, if approved, issue a return authorisation along with detailed instructions and a return shipping label.

All authorised returns must be addressed to:

Shipments made to this address without prior written authorisation shall be deemed invalid and will not be processed.


3. Damages, Defects, and Reporting of Issues

Customers are strongly advised to inspect their order upon delivery. While not binding, it is recommended that any issues, damages, or defects be reported within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt to facilitate prompt review.

Should a product be delivered in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition, One-Alt will make every reasonable effort to restore the customer to the position they would have been in had the product been received in perfect condition.
Such remediation may include, at the exclusive discretion of One-Alt, repair, replacement, or store credit.

Refunds will only be considered in rare and exceptional circumstances and shall remain a matter of pure discretionof ONE-ALT VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED. The customer expressly acknowledges that a monetary refund is not a right and cannot be enforced by implication or precedent.


4. Exchanges

One-Alt does not offer direct exchanges. Should the customer wish to obtain a different product, a new order must be placed once the original return has been duly reviewed and approved.


5. Refunds

Where a refund is approved by ONE-ALT VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED, the amount shall be processed to the customer’s original method of payment within ten (10) business days from the date of approval.

Processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment gateway involved, and One-Alt shall not be held liable for any resultant delay.

If fifteen (15) business days have elapsed since refund approval and the funds have not been received, customers may contact info@one-alt.com for assistance.


6. Discretion, Finality, and Legal Jurisdiction

All determinations relating to returns, replacements, and refunds shall rest solely with ONE-ALT VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED, whose decisions shall be final, conclusive, and binding upon the customer.

The approval of a return, replacement, or refund in one instance shall not establish a precedent or legitimate expectation for future transactions.

By purchasing from One-Alt, the customer irrevocably agrees that:

  • No right to return, replacement, or refund shall exist beyond what is expressly stated in this Policy;

  • All decisions shall remain the exclusive prerogative of ONE-ALT VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED; and

  • Any dispute, claim, or legal proceeding arising from or connected to this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India, and governed by the laws of India.
