These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between ONE-ALT VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED(“One-Alt”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and every user or customer (“you”, “your”) who accesses, browses, or purchases through our website and related digital platforms (collectively, the “Services”).

By using or purchasing through the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

1 Eligibility and Account

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally competent to contract under Indian law.
When creating an account or placing an order, you must provide accurate, current, and complete details. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities under your account. One-Alt is not liable for unauthorised use resulting from your failure to maintain security.

2 Products and Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of product information; however, colour, finish, or appearance may vary depending on display settings.
All product descriptions and availability are subject to change without notice. We may discontinue or limit products at our discretion. Minor variations that do not materially affect functionality shall not constitute a defect.

3 Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
An order is accepted only when One-Alt issues a written or electronic confirmation and receives cleared payment. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion.
Please review all order details carefully before payment; cancellations after confirmation may not be possible.
All purchases are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Orders must be for personal or household use and not for resale or export without written consent.

4 Prices, Taxes, and Payments

Prices shown are in Indian Rupees and, unless stated otherwise, exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, shipping, and handling charges.
Prices may change without notice. The applicable price is that displayed at the time of order.

You represent that:

all payment information supplied is accurate and authorised;
charges will be honoured by your payment provider; and
you will pay all sums due, including taxes and fees.

We may correct pricing or typographical errors even after submission of an order, provided a full refund option is offered where applicable.

5 Shipping and Delivery

Dispatch and delivery are arranged in accordance with our Shipping Policy.
Delivery timelines displayed are estimates only and may vary due to logistical or regulatory factors. Risk and title in goods pass to you upon successful delivery, not on dispatch.
You must inspect packaging on receipt and report any visible damage within a reasonable time (preferably within 48 hours) to support@one-alt.com.

6 Intellectual Property

All content forming part of the Services-including trademarks, logos, text, images, videos, software, and designs-is the exclusive property of One-Alt or its licensors, protected by Indian copyright and trademark laws.
You may access the Services for personal, non-commercial use only. Any reproduction, distribution, or derivative use without prior written consent is prohibited.

7 Third-Party Tools and Links

The Services may provide links to or integrate third-party tools or websites. These are provided “as is” and at your own risk. One-Alt is not responsible for their content, performance, or policies. Please review each third party’s terms before engaging with them.

8 Feedback and Reviews

By submitting any review, idea, or feedback (“Feedback”), you grant One-Alt a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable licence to use, reproduce, modify, and publish that Feedback for any purpose related to our business.
You represent that you hold all rights in such Feedback and that it does not infringe any third-party rights or applicable laws. We may moderate or remove unlawful or objectionable material.

9 Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services or engage in activity that is illegal, abusive, defamatory, fraudulent, or that interferes with the functioning of the website.
Prohibited conduct includes: unauthorised access, data scraping, transmission of malware, spamming, or infringement of intellectual-property rights.
We may suspend or terminate access immediately if such conduct is detected.

10 Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as required by law or expressly stated in writing, all products and the Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind-express or implied-including merchantability or fitness for purpose.
Nothing in this clause limits statutory warranties under the Consumer Protection Act 2019.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, One-Alt and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Services or any product.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Nothing herein excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or matters that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12 Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless One-Alt, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or violation of law or third-party rights.

13 Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services, in whole or part, at any time without notice if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.
Obligations accrued prior to termination - such as payment obligations or indemnities-survive termination.

14 Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
Failure by One-Alt to enforce any right shall not constitute a waiver of that right.

15 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights or obligations at any time without notice.

16 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.

17 Changes to Terms

We may amend these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted on this page with the effective date. Where required by law, we will notify you of material changes. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
